Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Don’t get me wrong I’m happy if there’s explanation for a reading above 5.5. I prefer to see sub 5.5 FBSs.
Try not to compare yourself, from what I’ve seen you’re doing great.

I don't call 5.6 a liver dump if it is only occasional. I call it meter error. ;)

Thanks... i am hovering between 6.0 to 7.5 fasting... which is way better than the double digits i was in late last year! I am eager to get below 6 fasting... I think serious relook at carbs will happen sooooooon
