On the whole a good result ...and yes that dam pasta ..so nice to eat thoughanother high one , 7.6 this morning, but no exercise yesterday and pasta for dinner - I know, I know … what was I thinking? I blame circumstances
However, I did get an early call from the GP re my 6 month diabetes check
Hba1c = 46 (down from previous high of 49) tick
Cholesterol = 6.2 (down from 6.6) tick,
but the single elements were also better, HDL up to1.9 and Triglycerides down to 1.0 -
5.7 this morning at 0545 and last nights pre evening meal was 5.7...f.bc at 0600 ...6.7 d.p. perhaps ?
0630...............6.2
0720...............5.9 after 40 mins dog walk...and i guess it will be between 5.4 and 5,9 before evening meal ..
