Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

another high one , 7.6 this morning, but no exercise yesterday and pasta for dinner - I know, I know … what was I thinking? I blame circumstances

However, I did get an early call from the GP re my 6 month diabetes check
Hba1c = 46 (down from previous high of 49) tick
Cholesterol = 6.2 (down from 6.6) tick,
but the single elements were also better, HDL up to1.9 and Triglycerides down to 1.0 -

On the whole a good result ...and yes that dam pasta ..so nice to eat though
