Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi all, My glucose reading this morning was 7.5. In January 2014 my A1c level was 50 mmol but by June this year 2019 it had raised to 59 mmol. I joined the forum and changed my diet to high protein/low carb. I also purchased a glucose monitor. I also have a kidney problem which is being investigated. The good news is that my last A1c result was now down a little to 55 mmol. A small step in the right direction.
I have asked my diabetic Nurse to try to arrange for me to go on a 2 hour diabetic educational course, so I can learn more and ask as many questions as I like.
The forum (all members) has already been of value and will continue to do so, I am sure - Thanks all
