Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    I do believe my higher levels are due to stress :( not helped by the fact I'm such a stress head

    after one day in a row in the fives ...back to 6.2 @0530.. 5.5 before evening meal and after three hours it was 7.2 normaly back to start by then ..maybe five roasted shallots and loads of tomatoes?.not sure of carb content of sausages but good quality from local butchers...hey-ho....
