8.2 after lying in bed with an espresso. Maybe the medicine I have been taking all week is affecting my readings?
Sept average FBG=7.0 (ouch!) weight 68.2kg.
Its not been a great month. Three bouts of illness and only sporadic exercise. Lets hope October is better.
