Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Doing great, well done!
Thank you Ryhia, thank you.

Having been pre Diab and then in 2017 I was on Met, and in Sept this year HbA1c hit 89 :(. My lovely GP went caaarazy and doubled my Met meds. And, for the first time I gotta my JAZZ on the NHS and have been able to target ZombieCarbostiens and zap ‘em out of my diet. I’ve taken to the LCHF diet and I’m able to understand just how very clever and delicate the Endocrine system is and just how little support I had gotten from the dieticians, GPS and Diabetics Support services locally. And yes, they are over stretched, but now it’s me taking control and “working” the system to MY end. If only I had had my JAZZ back in prediab days. I actually feel quite strongly about this lack of prediab support. And now I’ve got you Guys n Gals with your own stories, diet support and single-mindednesses.
