6.7 @ 8:30am. But after a very naughty night, food and drink wise (went out for a meal with a friend.) I said I'd take anything under 7 as a good result. So, good result.
Went to bed with a 5.4, couldn't sleep got up at 3.30am, at 6am BG was 6.2. Felt tired so went back to bed, rose again at 8am where BG was 5.3. Nothing was eaten and drunk over this time. Could my BG meter and bathroom scales be conspiring in tandem to drive me crackers?
5.2 this morning which is a drop from the 5.8/6s I've been getting since halving my metformin dose.
I have noticed that even if my first reading is 5 then I always increase to 6 by midday even if I haven't eaten anything.. is this normal? If so or if not, what's the cause?
5.9@6:21am (Outta the Tricky-Sticky-Sixes. If I do keep this down, yeah right, I’m gonna need to think of what rhymes with those FIVES! Anyhoo, 33 weeks gone by and I was then 18!)
It's a 6.4 this morning at 9am. I did have a couple of low (but not zero) carb Atkins crispbreads with some butter and cheese just before going to bed, last night. I'm not sure that helped.
