It was a 6.4 at 10am. Not bothering to re-test. Got my first over 7 in a while, last night. But I was testing 2 hours after a meal, and had been absentmindedly snacking (seafood sticks, which do have some carbs) in the meantime.
5.9 today heading out soon for late lunch/early dinner - hoping to do OMAD today as I have not eaten since 4pm yesterday - just had earl grey tea and double cream and water this morning so far. I think mes will be having a steak and salad when I go out.
