Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    Had row of 7's with 7.1 (sun) 7.9 ( mon) 7 yesterday ( bread and pasta involved . Much better reading this morning with a 6:)

    Well, this is total rubbish:

    7.4 @ 07:10 . Yeah well, been hopping back and forth between 7s and 6s for some time now.
    8.5 @ 13:02 Middle of day check...... hmmmm...?
    10.5 @ 16:45 And now this. I’ve not had a 10 since February.

    It’s purely the Carbs. Yes, I’ve broken my own Rules and I know what I need to do. See you good people tomorrow or Friday. I’m not giving up, NO!

    6.6 this morning when I first got up, 7.3 after an hour plus of being up and around, but having nothing but coffee. This is my typical pattern. It's not "dawn" phenomenon as I understand that.

    7.3 @ 6:10 Uhuh! Much better. Yesterday afternoon 10.5 . Appears Endocrine remembers just what to do and pulled me back within my “normal” range. Phew!
