Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.1 this morning

Sorry to reply to my own post, but is it likely that taking paracetamol/feeling under the weather/sleeping badly is to blame for a higher than normal level?

Had my breakfast of hemp seed overnight oats with pecans, raspberries and blackberries (using up the remains of the fridge) and been for a walk, and my two hour post breakfast test says 5.9

As this is a ‘very low chat’ thread, it would be better if you started your own thread to get an answer to your question. However short answer is yes.
