What do you guys eat? My doctor will not help until I have lost enough weight and I have only lost a stone so far but every morning I find myself at a massive high. This morning 11.3 what did I do? Ate a few of my partners chips off his dinner last night. Did you all keep food diaries and cut out all carbs? I am on my own with this until I am the right weight so any advice appreciated.
