at 0419 5.7 ... higher readings lateley.not sure why ..under 30 grams of carbs yesterday as well.. i may test again in two hours ..(last night 5.2 @ 1700 hours)
edited at 0701 after twenty minutes exersise and 30 minutes brisk dog walk ..5.3...

I had a small chippy fish with salad a few weeks ago and although it didnt spike me my blood was higher for 3 days after!
