Sunday, 4.3, Monday 4.3 and today ...4.3 curiously consistent

Nicely consistent

It is consistently above 8 no matter what I do, but my HbA1c is going in the right direction.

Gorgeous dog pic I used to have a collie alsation very similar looking dog .

FBG for October = 6.8 (down from 7.0 in Sept, but up on August's 6.2)
Weight = 68.1kg (near as dammit same as Sept and August)
