Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

for me a 6.9 at 0701 went a bit carb heavy over the weekend....
 
Is anyone using an intermediary insulin? Morning BS always unexplainable for me. Insulin supposedly worn off but morning BS usually low??
 
Back in the 5's! :-) … 5.9 - had a mammoth activity day yesterday though, 2hrs of rough mountain running in the snow/mud. Managed not to overdose on carbs afterwards (cheeseburger from the event vendor, and a bit of maltloaf) then no carbs to speak of for dinner.

Did exactly the same thing for about 9months just trying to get it back


6.7 today slowly getting there
