4.8 this morning , still struggling too sleep however 90 mins after my breakfast (with taking my normal NR) my sugars dropped too 4.1 , I ate lunch without any medication with only a tiny amount of carbs in and my sugars went too 4.7

No idea. Newish Libre sensor reckons 3.6 and I can't be doing with stabbing today but it reckoned I was 2.3 last night

It was a new sensor so crazy low early readings - trend is about 2 higher so likely to have been the same. Thanks for the concern.
