B: mixed berries, almond butter, and soy yogurt. Handful of wasabi peas. Almond milk latte. ( not all at the same time with the wasabi peas :) )
L: “taco” salad with mixed greens, taco-mix tempeh, tri-colored sweet peppers, pepitas, avocados, lots of salsa, avocado, 1.5 oz crushed corn chips
S: 1 large full-sugar chocolate chip cookie and small glass milk with my neighbor before gym - she caught me as I was leaving and I stopped over. Not even a blip because of the gym, and man, was it tasty!
D: stir fry (kale, red cabbage, carrots, pea pods, water chestnuts) with baked tofu. Chia pudding with lots of vanilla and 1/3 banana.

    Valentines Day:

    B: fruit smoothie, latte
L (work lunch) miso soup, veggie roll & avocado roll. Both rolls with brown rice. 3 pieces shared veggie tempura. Tested at 2 hrs because I normally avoid rice = 6.2 :)
D: “country fried” seitan on braised kale and broccoli salad with farro and mushroom gravy. Figs and whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant was new to us and delicious.

@Marie 2 those dressings look really good. Thanks for sharing!

B: refried beans, salsa, avocado and pepitas on 2 baked corn tortillas.
L: cold mixed roasted root veggies and quinoa with lemon tahini dressing.
D: going to a friends cabin and they only have a grill there at the moment so I’ll bring a “burger” of some sort (need to swing by the store) And for sides there is always a green salad and ??. I’m also going to bring fruit with coconut yogurt for dipping so I can avoid the temptation of the dessert table.

Vivera kebab/shoarma/doner, not sure what you call it in the UK in a low carb wrap. I fried about 1/3 Vivera stuff, 1/3 onions and 1/3 bell pepper and rolled it in the wrap with leftover cabbage salad, smokey sriracha and lots of garlic sauce (mayonnaise, garlic, splash of water).
Very yummy and enough to fill me up, the plate is rather big :)

Yes sold as shawarma here too. They do a Greek one as well.
But if you go to a take away you might see shawarma or doner or kebab or gyros.
