    First post so catch up

I weigh sans clothes as they are so heavy, ahem... target is 75 to 80kg and weight today I’m sure will fluctuate as it tends to but the trajectory is important

    10/03/20: 105kg
    31/07/20: 90kg

Hi all, few months since last post as during lockdown I was just concentrating on not putting too much on.

    76.7kg this morning.

Went into lock down at 74kg so hopefully a few weeks to a month work to drag it back down again heh

    Weight 49.6kg.
Less snacking. But FBG above six most mornings. As am prediabetic should be 5.5 or lower. Not happy with that.

57.2kg this morning. A slight creep up so need to get a grip before it gets out of hand.
@Diawara my first haircut is tomorrow. Maybe I should weigh myself before and after - wonder how much my lockdown hair weighs?
