If he makes it so I can get a hot shower tonight he’s officially my hero! That sounds like a result. Love the idea of someone being known as boilerman - new superhero
No 1 has decided he's going vegetarian. He's in a meat eating household so he's made the decision himself. Told me he loves his pets and it just seems wrong that you would eat animals. Can't really argue with that. He says he'll eat fish but no meat at all. Time to start upping my vegetarian skills again.
Does Mr 369 know he has been demoted? - tricky one come Feb 14If he makes it so I can get a hot shower tonight he’s officially my hero!![]()
[USER=179219]@dunelm - rolls looking good. Is that the DD version?
@DJC3 - like The look of yours too. What's making them so dark?

Haha thankfully we’ve never bought in to Valentines - and he knows he holds the highest valued position of being my best friend - he’s used to being demoted for my love of superhero’s - Aquaman in particularDoes Mr 369 know he has been demoted - tricky one come Feb 14![]()
Lots of eggs if it is same recipe as H squared books. Cutesome little things, ain't they just
That was another change we made to the house. Upstairs bathroom has an electric shower - downstairs is boiler. Best decision ever as we can always get a hot shower. Bathroom bloomin' freezing but showers are hot.If he makes it so I can get a hot shower tonight he’s officially my hero!![]()
Grandsons - No 1 is 8 - No 2 is 5 (although he's going on 45).How old is No 1 son? I was vegetarian between the ages of 13-22 and I'm positive this helped me develop a keen interest in food and cooking. My Mum was really supportive, but really expected me to take a lead on planning and preparing my meals. It was great for building my confidence and independence, so it could be the same for your son.
My nephew is 14, recently went veggie and his Dad is taking the same approach. I got him this recipe book for Christmas and he loves it: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1910931...=9046053&hvtargid=pla-488786546040&th=1&psc=1
It’s so lovely when children know their own mind and feel passionately about something!Grandsons - No 1 is 8 - No 2 is 5 (although he's going on 45).
Its since he got his guineas. He has cats and a dog as well. He's been thinking about it a lot more and, as I said, just came to the conclusion is just isn't right. They have never been big meat eaters and favourites are pasta and home made soups. They like mince and stews but mince I can make a veggie version. I take them to school and pick them up every day hence why I'll have to up my veggie skills but it wont be an issue. They've already told me they want baked potato with tuna and corn tomorrow and water melon if I can get it.
He's a sensitive little soul but I'll come up with variety for him.

Hi @maglil55, not sure what DD is but did the boiling water version from here;@jjraak - great size drop! It's quite uplifting isn't it. If you get to "school size" think of the savings - No VAT.

@shelley262 - hope Cooper is on the way to recovery. Friends of ours have had issues with their 2 dogs recently. Both had coughs but not at the same time. They kept alternating but both finally recovered.
He sounds like a sweetheart! I'm sure you'll do him proud.Grandsons - No 1 is 8 - No 2 is 5 (although he's going on 45).

Ah, OK. Not that good with abbreviations. Strange as I spent years listening to and sending Morse code messages and deciphering stuff.DD is Diet Doctor. https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/foods lots of good recipes and info on there. Their rolls sound very similar to yours.
