Hi @Chook
Definitely not a good idea to eat kale every day.
Thought you might be interested in this link, and the following discussion, from an old thread on green smoothies.

I had light breakfast in the morning(I tend to eat very little in the first half of the day) and made my favorite coffee from freshly ground beans( I love the smell). Then, after all the daily work I made a traditional Japanese omelette called Tamagoyaki, it turned out pretty delicious and fluffy actually.
It has a sweet version too, something like a desert, but I will avoid it for now, though I would really like to try it.
@Goonergal and @ianpspurs Mr C went to Asda today so I asked him to look for Schneider brot for me. He came back with this which is 34g carbs - can’t be the one you both have? View attachment 39268
No, it’s the protein bread, which looks like it may have been discontinued. That’s 7.9g carb per 100g.

Looked on the ASDA website today and it’s not available at my local store - I did take the last 2 packs on the shelf last week. There is something which I’d wager is the same recipe on Amazon, but far more expensive than the £1.56 I paid in Asda: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mestemacher-Protein-Bread-250-g/dp/B00LUIN7II
