Yesterday breakfast made ricotta pancakes served with butter and sugar free maple syrup and also real maple syrup and two black coffees
Dinner made some zucchini ricotta fritters but decided didn't feel like them as was craving a salad luckily I had some ingredients except for a carrot and parsley so went up the road to buy them. So opened up a tin of tuna and made a tuna salad with lettuce carrots celery parsley and coriander with mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice dressing served on a few Eskal Gluten Free Crackers buttered and glass of sugar free cranberry juice and water.
Sunday
Brunch zucchini ricotta fritters with a poached egg and 2 slices of bacon some fetta cheese and black coffee but found it hard to eat it all was feeling a bit bloated and blah but did managed to eat the bacon .....mmmm bacon
Late afternoon decided to mow my lawn so did my front yard and some pruning but didn't get around to doing the back yard hopefully I feel ok tomorrow as predictions of rain and also did some stuff around the house. Now my body back and joints are quite sore and I'm very exhausted after doing that so not wanting to cook so rummaged through my freezer and found a mini frozen chicken pie and vegetables that I made a months ok thank you me for having a readymade meal on hand as was to ******** to really do some cooking. So reheated my pie in the oven and boiled up some broccoli and green beans and made a quick homemade gravy to have with it plus 2 glasses of red wine called winter red that I found in aldi. Funny enough I opened the wine a few days ago and didn't enjoy it but popped it in the fridge and tonight tasted better cold so ended up having 2 glasses of it I enjoyed it that much! me bad but it can't go to waste now can it!
