@shelley262 , buttercups are the name (I think) for nut butter centres covered in chocolate (dark). They range from Love Raw at 4.2g carbs a cup to the ones I don't touch like Reeces which are over 9g carbs per cup. They're a nice treat, but I don't buy them every week - unfortunately, they are on offer at the moment!@Tori71 keep meaning to ask what’s buttercup?
Thanks a mil xxHere’s the recipe I use:

ThanksJayne, probably best to have a word with your pharmacist about it. If you're not planning on going to the shop, a call would work?
I can't imagine them being an issue, but our eyes are too precious to mess around.
Good luck @AnnbI'll be away for the next couple of days and potential food is a mystery. I am taking something for this evening's meal but can't get anything more into my luggage, so tomorrow I will be dependent upon whatever the hospital has to offer when I come out of the anaesthetic. I'll try to stay away from the carbs as much as possible. Should be awake in time for a late lunch.
Flying means not carrying a very big bag, which is why I am short of space for food. Can't even get my slippers in, so I'll be barefoot on the ward - probably get told off for that.
