Hi @Annb I am just seeing if I can post the link you have in your post as a replyAntje I tried to post this as a reply, but couldn't so am trying to post it without a reply to your post about Chinese cabbage.
You could use it as the basis of a stir-fry and add fish or meat and other vegetables that you have to hand.
Or you could try this (quite complicated, but you could adapt it):Or scrambling some egg, putting it aside while you stir fry the shredded cabbage and other shredded vegetables and then put it all back together.
Edit: or how about Ch cabbage chopped into small chunks, some onion or spring onion, chopped and some tomato, also chopped and the whole lot braised gently in butter? You could have that as a side dish with your fish, or with some kind of sausage.
For all of them: Probably need soy sauce if you like it, or other sauce (maybe Branston, if you have it), and seasoning.
Hi @Antje77 I am just seeing if I am able to post the same pictures you have as a reply(Separate post for pics because the forum refused to have them in the post.)

Hope your grains wake up soon I'm sure they will but may take a few days if coldish you could always wrap the jar up in something like a tea cosy!My home kefir starter isn't doing anything yet, but it is a bit cold in my kitchen, and I don't want to carry kefir fermentation jars around the house... will see if it gets going! I had the shop bought stuff to break my fast, then buttered broccoli and hard boiled egg, then an avocado with baby leaf salad and apple cider vinegar/lime juice/olive oil dressing. Then a pack of pork scratchings -feeling very full and hoping I can fast again until at least noon tomorrow.
Not sure if it would be similar but I sometimes wake up sourdough starter in the oven with just the oven light turned on.Hope your grains wake up soon I'm sure they will but may take a few days if coldish you could always wrap the jar up in something like a tea cosy!
I swear by my Copperstone pan! Could never do good ones before!@Rachox your omelettes always look perfect whereas mine look like something the cat made using her paw, even if they are tasty.
They're nestled next to the fridge which has a slightly warm side, wrapped in a towel! I wonder if one of those heating pads on very low might work?Hope your grains wake up soon I'm sure they will but may take a few days if coldish you could always wrap the jar up in something like a tea cosy!
@MommaE above suggested trying popping in oven with just the light on - a method she uses for sourdough. Think key is making sure not much direct heat. They're nestled next to the fridge which has a slightly warm side, wrapped in a towel! I wonder if one of those heating pads on very low might work?
Winner for dealing with a stressful situation so well and adapting.Today's menu
Skipped breakfast
Lunch- seeded flatbread spread with half an avocado an egg and 4 rollitos followed by an atkins peanut butter cup
We had a wee situation to sort out for my elderly parents so dinner was Mcdonalds all round. I had a quarter pounder and cheese minus the bun and the sugary ketchup plus a keto seeded roll from the freezer.
I meant to reply to @MommaE on that, sorry - I don't have a full size oven, I have gadgets! Ninja, single induction hob, small toaster oven (jars don't fit), microwave - I had to scrap an ancient gas cooker and decided I liked the space more than I liked a full size cooker. Hmm... well let's see how tomorrow goes, and I might try a little heating pad not in direct contact. Thanks for all the suggestions!@MommaE above suggested trying popping in oven with just the light on - a method she uses for sourdough. Think key is making sure not much direct heat.
