Regrettably, I loathe the taste of sardines, even disguised in fish cakes. However you have inspired me to try again with extra mature Cheddar grated, and maybe some other strong-tasting spice. (Suggestions?)Have you tried making fish cakes with tinned sardines?
Hi @Omar51 and welcome to this thread for diabetic foodies. It's good to see you here.I am kind of panoriod. Indeed food is medicine for me. I ate grilled eggplant and grilled asparagus. Half slice of sourdough bread. Two grilled chicken tikka legs. Some nuts and black coffee!

Evening @IanBishToday, for lunch, I had Welsh lamb chops, with starch-resistant mash, and miniature cabbages (Brussels sprouts), with mint and a mint gravy. And it was lamb-tastic.
