- Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.

How many eggs did you use to make your mushroom and cheese omelette? @shelley262View attachment 68357View attachment 68358
Two meals today. My new keto rolls arrived from Deliciously Guilt Free I've pictured one roll sliced and partially buttered so you can see the texture of the rolls. They've changed the recipe swapping pumpkin seeds which are green with paler hemp seeds. I Prefer the new recipe.
Brunch mushroom and cheese omelette with kimchi and one buttered low carb roll (0.2 g of carbs per roll)
Dinner chilli con carne followed by strawberries and hm yoghurt.
I always do two egg omelettes for one person but do use four or five when making a frittata to share. How many eggs did you use to make your mushroom and cheese omelette? @shelley262
You could make shop-bought tomatoes more interesting @IanBish with some finely chopped garden herbs. Basil has a particular affinity with tomatoes and tomatoey condiments, but almost any fresh herb currently in full growth, such as oregano or thyme for instance, brings out the flavour. Fennel fronds work for me too.Another cheap tea tonight: frankfurters, mushrooms, tomatoes, and sprouts. Not something I'd repeat anytime soon. Although it was edible!

I have some oregano, @LivingLightly, but no basil. They were shop-bought tomatoes, and they were probably the second best part. I had steak, salmon and chicken thighs, but I didn't fancy any of them. I like frankfurters, but I had these - admittedly they were a bit old (from the freezer). But at least the meal was low carb. That's probably the best thing I could say about it. We learn from our mistakes, I like to think. You could make shop-bought tomatoes more interesting @IanBish with some finely chopped garden herbs. Of course, if those are home grown tomatoes, they probably don't need to be embellished with anything!
