What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Keto coconut porridge with blueberries to guard against the cold this morning and set me up for Aquafit.
Lunch was a small leftover portion of the lamb and spinach curry from the other night. It had become even hotter so a big dollop of Greek yoghurt added. DGF cookie afterwards.
Dinner will be mince and cabbage keema - just 2 minutes in the instant pot, so easy, it’ll keep warm happily until I get home later this evening.
 
Breakfast kefir then fried some mushrooms in olive oil with one fried egg all served on one slice of low carb toast
Lunch a large handful of mixed nuts with some cheese, a couple of low carb seeded crackers and peel of a local apple plus a couple of squares of 100% chocolate
Dinner trout ( cooked in parcel with lemon and sumac in oven) served with cauliflower cheese, cooked until nicely brown, alongside trout in oven - heat from oven very welcome in my kitchen today.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: coffee shop coconut cappuccino and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: gammon steak with carrots, broccoli and a blob of mayo.

B: Two poached eggs topped with a pat of butter, avocado and four tiger prawns with a good grinding of black pepper.
Water to swallow tablet.
Espresso.

L:Melanzane alla parmigiana, (aka aubergine parmigiana) using aubergine without breading or flour, passata, mozzarella, parmesan, olive oil, garlic and basil. Omitted breadcrumb topping from mine and finished with extra parmesan.
Braised cavolo nero with garlic and toasted almonds.
Skipped pud.
Water to drink.

D: Seafood salad made with brown shrimps and mussels, lettuce, Romano peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, flat-leaf parsley and salad onions, dressed with an olive oil, balsamic and garlic vinaigrette, topped with pistachios.
Water to wash down tablets.

Lunch cheese and mixed nuts followed by a local Cox Apple peel and a few squares of 100% chocolate
Dinner pork casserole served with cauliflower cheese ( I did buy a big lincs cauliflower from Lidl for a bargain 99p and have still a couple of portions left! )

Greek yogurt and mixed berries..... too much!
Then too much Camambert and cherry tomatoes.

L: Mushroom and spinach frittata made with eggs, Cheddar cheese, leeks, double cream and thyme.
Vegetable tray bake using calabrese, cauliflower, sweet red peppers and leeks.
Steamed French beans smothered with butter.
Skipped pudding.
Water to drink.

D: Seafood salad made with brown shrimps, kalamari, lettuce, cherry toms, celery, Halkidiki olives and salad onions dressed with home-made mayonnaise for dipping, topped with toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Water to swallow tablets.

Dinner wild salmon and cauliflower cheese ( spared forum readers by not posting yet another fish and cauliflower cheese photo!) Plus glass of dry white wine.
 
Didn’t have breakfast today, I guess I wasn’t hungry, I just didn’t get round to it.
By lunchtime I was very hungry, reheated a leftover portion of the mince and cabbage keema. DGF cookie and coffee to follow.
Dinner was a new recipe using pastured-for-life local beef shin. https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/meat-and-poultry/tuscan-slow-cooked-shin-of-beef-with-chianti/ It was melt in the mouth delicious. Served with green beans and shredded sauteed sprouts. Few 100% cocoa chocolate buttons to follow.

L: Packed lunch made with leftover mushroom and spinach frittata.
Romano peppers, celery sticks, cherry toms, radicchio for scooping, a dollop of home-made mayonnaise for dipping.
Prawns and brown shrimps.
Almonds, hazelnuts and brazils.
Water to drink.

Mid-afternoon: black filter coffee

D: Smoked salmon and cream cheese salad made with lettuce, celery, baby plum tomatoes, salad onions, Kalamata olives and Romano peppers, dressed with olive oil, lemon verbena and a touch of lemon juice, topped with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Water to wash down tablets.
