What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then two poached eggs on one slice of low carb toast
No lunch out all day just ginger tea
Dinner venison meatballs cooked all day in slow cooker in a hm tomato sauce and with small amount of low carb pasta added at end. Pudding DGF low carb chocolate gingerbread.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: tuna melts with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

 
Morning all. Stuck to my guns yesterday and feel I'm back on the wagon. Today, I have a couple of chicken drumsticks plus cauli and broccoli with a carrot thrown in. Later I will have the rest of the salmon with some beetroot salad and celery. I have started taking a tablespoonful of really good quality olive oil every morning so we'll see if that helps me. I hate the greasy feel on my lips so have a mouthful of lc squash after! Have a good day all and I hope those who don't feel well soon feel better.
 
Got home too late to post yesterday. We had a spa day for Paul’s birthday so apart from breakfast of Greek Yoghurt and M&S grain free granola we ate at the hotel.
Lunch was omelette Arnold Bennet ( smoked haddock and cheese, delicious)
Dinner: starter of scallops in citrus butter and samphire. Main was Dover sole meunière with spinach and green beans. Berries and clotted cream for pud. It was all fab and the kitchen did a brilliant job of adapting menu items for me.
Also an unexpected bottle of champagne delivered to the table, a surprise from no 1 daughter.

Lunch I made some home made chicken broth yesterday (using the carcass of the chicken I'd roasted on Sunday with some left over celery from fridge - cooked with water for 18 hours in slow cooker, cooled and strained) I froze some but also kept some in fridge ( it's got a great jelly like texture ). I used some to mix some quick soup using half a jar of the M and S collection mushroom soup and same amount of my chicken stock it was lovely. @maglil55 thank you for the soup recommend it's so tasty even when thinned with my stock and I've got a portion left for tomorrow.

Followed by DGF low carb crumble with spoon of yoghurt.
 
Skipped breakfast after yesterday’s blow out meals. Did a zoom workout class at 7 am and aquafit later in the morning so felt ready for lunch. Cheeses, walnuts and a slice of Schneiderbrot protein bread. DGF mince pie to follow.
Dinner was gammon cooked in IP with cauli and broccoli cheese and cabbage. Lots of tea.

Dinner: cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette (it’s been a while!).

Lunch remainder of mushroom soup followed by nuts and one square of 90% chocolate
Dinner hm chicken casserole and cauliflower cheese followed by DGF low carb chocolate brownie.
 
B- slice of Schneiderbrot topped with marmite and cottage cheese.
L- Ham and cabbage soup made with the stock and leftover gammon from yesterday’s dinner. DGF Christmas pud and clotted cream.
D- I mixed cooked chicken with fried mushrooms and bacon, sour cream and grated cheese. Chucked the whole lot in airfryer topped with more cheese. It was like chicken pie filling without the carby pastry, very tasty. Served with salad.

Followed by 1 sachet of Zooki tropical fruit. Collagen . 3.9 carbs per sachet B/S 5.8 before 6.8 2 hours later. After supper 5.8 I have six weeks supply.
pm Cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner wild salmon and cauliflower cheese followed by low carb blondie with spoon of yogurt.
