Breakfast kefir then two poached eggs on one slice of low carb toast
Missed lunch as busy but did grab the last slice of my pot roast beef from fridge while preparing dinner!
Dinner hm pasata with venison meatballs and small amount of low carb pasta followed by a low carb blondie and decaffeinated coffee.

Coconut porridge with raspberries for breakfast.
Postie arrived with new order from DGF: ‘Cheesemite’ wraps (cheesy marmite flavoured) so had one filled with Brie and salad, very nice. A couple of squares of Montezuma’s to follow.
Dinner was a toothsome ‘Big Daddy’ Aberdeen Angus rump steak from Aldi with some salad. Amazing value, £4:99 for a 454g steak! I need to shop at Aldi more often, their 10% fat Greek yoghurt is lovely, as is the salted West Country butter and I got single source extra virgin olive oil for around £5

Breakfast kefir then two poached eggs on one slice of low carb toast ( lots of poached eggs recently - maybe because I've bought myself a poached egg pan and it produces perfect poached eggs every time!)
lunch smoked salmon mixed in with a salad of kimchi, celery, olives and coleslaw

Dinner Sea bream and peas followed by DGF low carb chocolate brownie warmed and served with a spoon of yoghurt.
I am also currently sharing a bottle of fizz to celebrate some good news about my husbands health - with his discharge from the skin cancer clinic.

Great news about your husband @shelley262 I bet that fizz went well with your sea bream.
@filly thanks for the info on your Zookie sachets.
Today I had Greek yoghurt with berries and seeds for breakfast.
Picked up some yellow sticker organic tofu this morning so used it to make a stir fry at lunch with cabbage, red pepper, ginger and garlic. It was bland and tasteless though. Added a lot of Franks hot sauce to make it a bit more interesting. DGF Christmas pudding and cream to follow.
Dinner was a Tex Mex inspired mince mix up with grated cheese and sliced avocado ( no tacos)

Still on holibobs, dinner at an Italian restaurant a lot I couldn’t eat on the menu, all that pizza and pasta, so I picked a starter which was supposed to be shared, but I had it all to myself! Meatballs, mushrooms al forno, crispy chicken fries, garlic ciabatta (I only had two of the six slices) then a side of coleslaw. All delivered by robot!

Breakfast kefir then low carb toast with two poached eggs and a few mushrooms cooked in olive oil
I'd ordered some bread from Keto chefs as I was ordering low carb pasta and they had two free loaves on a £30 plus order. I've been panicking as no liv life available from Waitrose. It all arrived just after breakfast so decided to try a slice for lunch for an open salmon sandwich first photo of a slice buttered

Served open smoked salmon sandwich with celery and kimchi. Loved the bread but it's much more pricey than liv life! Mind you I bought two loaves and got two more free so plenty in the freezer! Should keep me going for a couple of months and I felt tasted good .Dinner pork Casserole and broccoli followed by low carb chocolate brownie with spoon of goats milk yoghurt.1737050045066.jpg

Coconut porridge for breakfast with a few blueberries and raspberries.
Lunch was mushrooms stuffed with the leftover Tex Mex mince from yesterday and topped with cheese. DGF Christmas pud and cream to follow. ( the last one thank goodness, they are far too nice!)
Dinner slow roast breast of lamb with broccoli and cabbage. Montezuma’s 100% with orange.
