What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb burger with mozzarella on a low carb roll with salad and mayo.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Cheese and tomato Omlette
Chop Suey no noodles or rice. Just veg with beef, chicken, pork.

Didn’t have breakfast but did have 2 black coffees during the course of the morning.
Lunch was slices of roast beef with black olives and ‘no-tato salad’ a DD recipe using courgettes and celery in a dressing of mayo, sour cream and mustard. It’s great. Strawberries and cream afterwards.
Dinner- an enormous pork chop with the last of Sunday’s cauli cheese and beetroot leaves sauteed in ghee. ( I was given a load of beetroot, way too many for me to eat - the roots have mostly been pickled so they’ll last, but the leaves are lovely cooked like this)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: corned beef hash made with cauliflower rice in place of potatoes, with baby Brussels and carrots.

The no tato salad sounds interesting. I might try it with kohlrabi which has done much better than my courgettes this summer.

Cheese tomato

B- egg on cheese on L/c toast ( we used to call this a buck rarebit at the cafe I worked in as a teenager, not sure if this is common)
L- some lovely local cheeses, olives and walnuts. A DGF cake.
D- sea bass stuffed with herb butter, air fried mixed veg. A few squares of Montezuma’s AB

I’m giving the notato (!) salad a whirl tonight due to a glut of courgettes. Must say it tastes like potato salad! Left out celery (didn’t have any) and substituted sour cream for Greek yogurt. Thanks for the tip

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on low carb toast
Lunch cheese, celery and low carb seeded crackers followed by a buttered slice of hm LC barberry tea loaf from a freshly made loaf

Dinner salmon with peas followed by a few berries and yoghurt.

Have you still got a power cut @filly? What a pain.
Today I had scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Lunch was roast beef and salad ( including the last of the no tato salad - glad you enjoyed it @Pixie55 I didn’t have celery in it either)
Dinner was chilli with courgette ribbons. Used @shelley262 ‘s tip of substituting olives for kidney beans for a lower carb meal.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: same as last night, low carb pizza and coleslaw followed by a not so low carb blackberry and apple crumble. Which I discussed in the chatty thread last night and with a big dollop of extra thick double cream kept my blood sugars below 6, so hoping for the same tonight.
