What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then a few garden tomatoes on low carb toast
Lunch cheese, celery and low carb seeded crackers followed by just the peel of a local Worcester Apple ( husband ate the rest!)
Dinner chicken curry with low carb wrap followed by a hm LC chocolate brownie.
 
Coffee and cream
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Plenty of cheese again
Smoked salmon
Milk Lolly
 
No breakfast but an early lunch of airfried chicken wings with h/m chilli mayo.
D- meant to be lamb stew but I forgot to put it on this morning so had an egg mayo l/c roll as I was hungry by then and it was the quickest thing I could think of. DGF cake and clotted cream.
 
Breakfast was Greek yoghurt with blackberries and seeds.
Lunch mid afternoon- roast leg of hogget with cauli and broccoli cheese, cabbage and beans. Followed by a DGF cake.
Not hungry yet so hopefully won’t need to eat anything else. If I do it’ll be cheese& olives.
 
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on LC toast
Lunch bit busy sorting some thing unexpected today - so just grabbed a piece of my hm LC coffee and walnut cake which kept me going
Dinner steak with roasted vegetables ( including some of my glut of garden tomatoes) followed by hm LC lemon cake and decaffeinated coffee.
 
Coffee and cream
Black coffee with a dash of milk
Ham and coleslaw
Gouda x 2 slices
Cottage cheese and tomato
 
Lunch: a red onion and red Leicester beef burger, with green beans, carrots, garden peas, and two small sautéed potatoes
Tea: two high protein rolls with corned beef and mustard

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee, then day in London at my daughter’s.
Late morning: coffee shop cappuccino and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: another coffee shop cappuccino (!) and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: Sunday roast pork at a pub, just ate small amounts of the higher carb things.

Sorry for going off-topic (for the thread) but any idea on the revised image sizes that are acceptable? I'm a bit confused; one jpeg will upload, but another of a smaller size gets rejected.
 
With the panda flour, do you have to add another flour to it or do you just use as is and add to your own ingredient's? I like peanut butter cookies but find they need something added that's why I am asking, plus I have rhubarb in my garden to pick!!

're your question 're panda flour it replaces normal flour BUT you need much less - plus methods can be very different 're amount of fluid used etc so I tend to use Panda Pantry recipes and adapt them see earlier post in thread 'What have you eaten today? Mark who runs Panda Pantry does lots of free recipes and how to videos. You use a lot less Panda Flour in baked goods than normal flour. Don't know if you do Facebook but they also have a panda pantry friendly baking Facebook group to share ideas.

Dinner cold roast chicken with salads followed by LC hm chocolate brownie warmed and served with spoon of cream.

Dinner: lamb shank in red wine gravy with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
