Not diabetic, but am on low carb for weight loss. I know two people who were previously type 2 and they no longer need meds because of a low carb diet for diabetics. They also lost a ton of weight. Hope it's okay to join in here.

That Sainsburys drink is quite something. Just checked the nutritional info on it and it is great. One thing that bothers me is the almonds. It's weird I like to eat them but I'm not keen on them in almond milk or yoghurt. In fact I'm not keen on nuts anywhere other than plain. I'll give it a try though.B- nothing
L - pkt of pork scatchings
D - feta cheese with lemon infused olive oil and salad
Snack - 1/2 a shortbread biscuit with some extra thick double cream
Drinks - my new find - drank a bottle of this

Waiting for some hot wether as I think the drink will be lovely with ice
Theres no almondy taste to the drink - just v pleasant coffee taste. They do a vanilla one too, but Its nowhere near as nice and has a rather artificial taste - I wont be buying that one again. On the other hand, I have cleared my local sainsburys out of the coffee one ( they only had 3 bottles mind you)That Sainsburys drink is quite something.
