Thank you for that info Shelley. I'm not the best at understanding what I'm doing or what Keto is and how attained! I have cut out potatoes, bread, never ate rice or pasta so that was easy. Also cur out all fruit apart from berries. I don't even have milk any longer!Hi @Mal37 its all individual how low you need to go. Important thing is to cut the carbs enough to make progress on lowering your bgs. I started out at a 100g per day but realised quickly would need to lower and have stuck with a keto way of eating of usually less than 20g per day and never go above 30g ! The more you test after meals the more you’ll know what level of carbs works for you. Good luck
