Thanks - its all a learning curve atm but very enjoyable.
Can I ask, do you put the broth on the ‘broth/ soup’ setting (30mins) or manually put in a longer time? I read somewhere else on this forum 2hrs.
I use manual (pressure cook) for a couple of hours. Some of the chicken bones will just disappear and some will go squishy as they are so leached of goodness.

I tend to start it before going to bed then once to cooking time is done, it stays overnight on Keep Warm and I sort it out in the morning.
Should I choose to make the stock into soup, as opposed to just drinking the bone broth, then I'll lob some veg (or whatever, into the stock, then use the Soup setting. Once finished, I might wield the stick blender or not, as the case may be.
