Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a black coffee.
Lunch: halloumi chips with cauliflower, broccoli and yellow tomato salad followed by Greek yoghurt and raspberries.
Mid afternoon: chocolate phd bar with black coffee.
Dinner at Hungry Horse: steak, tomato, mushroom, one onion ring and side salad followed at home by SF Jelly and cream.

 . I felt so ridiculously guilty that for lunch i had the usual nothing because still guilty. Needless to say the finger pricking test was 8.7 and didn't come down until the night. D.1 lamb chop and green vegies. This is the next day and for the love of me i still don't know why i ate the bread as i didn't want it and it sat in my stomach like a log.
