I checked the coconut 'cream' had 'low fat' in tiny letters on the label. Doh!Oh no, maybe you under cooked it? Mines not runny, just ‘porridge’ like!
Yes, yummie, I make seed crackers from super keto recipe www.dietdoctor.com I attach links below of all the breads and crackers I make from their website, all work very well and delicious. The only thing I add over and above any of the ingredients is fresh finely chopped garlic. The Seed cracker recipe is in the links below. You may like to explore and try, and happy cooking in the kitchen. Your friends will love them too!! Seed Crackers keep for up to 3 weeks in an air tight container.
Ps keto flatbread med. I double up on the recipe. I cut them into squares, "freeze" them, and when required i.e. breakie flatbread with avocado/tom, I just pop a couple into the toaster to crispen them up. Dont feel guilty eating the flatbread as I use cocoflour. Pysillum husk can be bought at any health store and last long time, ensure you get the 0 or 0.1 carbs brand.
Have a beautiful day. Mallorca

Hug on its way to you we all have those days and it’s been a bit grey today. I’m sure it’s not about what you’ve eaten but that a lot is going on for you etc - you’ve been really busy. Once things settle I’m sure your bgs will again as well. Be kind to yourself meanwhile.Bit of a rubbish day as bgs still inexplicably rising. I’m now back to my average of March this year when I was only a few weeks into low carbing.
Day started with a ‘Balance Below’ text from the bank - always a dismal wake up call.
B: 1/2 a toasted 90sec microwave bread slice with a portobello mushroom and a poached egg
L: Bits and bobs which were looking sad in the fridge - a bit of cold chicken, the end of a lump of cheese, the last few olives and a few walnuts. Sf jelly and cream
Went back to yoga this evening which has helped improve my mood
D: mackerel fillet mashed with cream cheese to make a pate, served on Iceberg lettuce leaves then a double cream and almond butter mix up mousse - was supposed to have melted chocolate in it but I put the wrong bowl in the microwave and it exploded - irs been that kind of day!
Hope things settle down for you, I am amazed how that little meter and teeny drops of blood can bring a smile or a feeling of doom & gloom, the carefree days of not testing seem a long way away now don’t they, it’s a bit like the condition itself a blessing and a curse.Bit of a rubbish day as bgs still inexplicably rising. Will give it another try soon. Maybe just half a portion, but with correct ingredients. I am finding that even with delicious food I don't feel like eating much.Oh no! That might explain it, my coconut cream is 21% fat!
