I feel your pain. And your willpower and moderation is very impressive. Had I been unexpectedly hijacked by a chocolate cake in that way, I would not only have scoffed the whole slice, and the icing, and tried out for a second helping, but would probably have had to stop and buy another one on the way home and eaten the entire thing!!B: chocolate chia seed muffin, coconut yoghurt, blueberries
L: chicken salad
D: Lidl roll with avocado, bacon, cheese, boiled egg
S: chocolate cake Made the mistake of going into the staffroom at break time to discover an ENORMOUS cake sent in by a parent. Resistance was futile. Did only have half a slice and didn't eat the icing
Good luck, you deserve a treat. You need a nice bubble bath as well by the sounds of things. . XB: Raspberries and Coyo natural yoghurt (I've seen the yoghurt mentioned on here, and it really is yummy! It's going to have to be a new staple in the fridge...)
L: 2 burgers, lettuce, mayo & goats cheese in an Oopsie roll; raspberries & Lacto lactose-free single cream
D: Chicken Korma and cauleriac cake
I've been gardening all afternoon and I'm now totally ruined - knees, hips, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists and even fingers have all seized up and are refusing to co-operate any longer, so the curry is going to be a takeaway, as they are the only outlet locally that will deliver! First takeaway since diagnosis nearly 2 months ago. Reading before dinner 4.9 - wish me luck...
Oh, yes - that sounds good! Any chance of getting Hugh Jackman round to scrub my back, do you think? I have a new loofah......Good luck, you deserve a treat. You need a nice bubble bath as well by the sounds of things. . X

Yesterday I had:-
B. Coffee and cream with 5 almonds
L. veg stir-fry with sweetcorn
S. A lot of ice cream in garden. dope!
D. 4 sausages and 2 burgers
S. 6 cashew nuts
My new weakness is ice cream. I must resist.
Thank you @Brunneria .Nah. indulge. Just make it home-made, low carb icecream.
You need a GOOD blender.
Then you tip in
1/3 double cream and
2/3 frozen berries, and
sweetener to taste
Blitz
enjoy immediately
It is divine.
You can, of course, add choc as appropriate
Good reading debrasue, good to know. Thank you for the info.Update: The curry was lovely......... and so was the reading of 6.5 two hours afterwards - yayyyy!!!!!
Ok, so I'm not going to make a habit of it, but that's so good to know for an occasional treat!
