What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Weird weird weird bed on 6.3 and got up to FBG of 7.7 then pre breakfast 7.3. Unheard of.
B. Omelette with my favourite stuff , eggs , parsley , 2 rashers crispy bacon, mushrooms and Vittoria tomatoes.
L. NOTHING
D. Mussels with a white wine, parsley and cream sauce.
Chicken breast with wild mushrooms and a sherry , thyme and mushroom sauce. Asperagus, brussel sprouts and broccoli.
Sugar free jelly and raspberries and a dash of double cream.
Still alcohol free. Not intentional but just happy with water.
Will have the boys for just over 1 hr tomorrow. Will go to the park if it is nice. Otherwise 2 weeks of no early rises and no rushing about. I love them dearly but I love a rest too.

Hello
B. Summer fruits with yoghurt

L. Camambert with walnuts

55 minutes swimming

D. 2 sea bass fillets with green vegetables and a cheese sauce made with just melted cheese and milk. Strawberries and yoghurt.

Definetly will be having a pomegranate pot later while I watch In the Line of Duty on catch up. :)

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and 3 teaspoons of double cream (pre-breakfast rise was big, so wanted to knock it on the head)

Lunch - tuna mayo with rocket and baby plum tomatoes

Dinner - home made burgers with feta, spinach, onions and tomatoes; sautéed courgette and onion; sprouts. Dessert - the last of my sugar free jelly and cream mix.

Normal service resumed with DP. Bed on 7.7 FBG 7.6 and pre breakfast 8.4. Libre had been misbehaving as well but seems to have settled again.
B. Had a relaxing fry up 2 M&S 97% pork chipolatos, 2 rashers crispy bacon, 2 chestnut mushrooms, 3 Vittoria tomatoes and 2 scrambled eggs.
L. NOTHING took the boys to soft play while Mum took her class
D. Rib eye steak, brussel sprouts, broccoli, wild mushrooms and a Dianne sauce.
Lots of water
Bought more gorgeous cheese today but saving it for tomorrow.

B: coffeesubstitute and cream
L: 16 g carb date and nut bar, after a v busy morning. Then later, kale crisps and seaweed thins, with 3 squares of 70%
D: a dietdoc recipe of chicken and spring greens with a curios tuna capers mayo GARLIC and oil sauce - DIVINE!

Breakfast: Creamy scrambled eggs, half a Lidl Protein roll (toasted), 2 little slices of Lidl smoked salmon

Lunch: 2 Mackerel fillets fried in butter

Dinner: Chilli with toppings: shared cream guacamole, grated cheese, fresh tomato salsa - just not sure what to out with it. I had a recipe for flatbread somewhere on one of these devices but I can't find it :(

Hi everyone

I had 1 Pork shoulder chop
1 bratwurst sausage
Cauliflower & Cabbage with butter. & mushrooms

Followed by Raspberries & blueberries with full fat yogurt and a little cream , this was to get rid of them instead of throwing, I don't usually have anything after our evening meal. K

D: will be cauli soup with panchetta, a la DietDoc.
