But you can have pizza. The wonderful fathead pizza. Make the dough, wrap in greaseproof and pop in the fridge until you need it. I usually make enough for The next day too.Breakfast - wholemeal toast and raspberry chia seed jam, tea
Lunch - satay chicken salad
Dinner - Argh Pizza Friday!! ... or it always used to be. My turn to have someone cook for me. Saved by Pizza Hut chicken wings and a huge plate of spinach salad.
There is going to be ice cream fail though, as there's a mobile ice cream 'deli' in our area tonight and I'll be having one!
I'm pre-diabetic (just barely) and have been quite strict as I'm keen to reverse it, so I'm not going to beat myself up about the ice cream
