Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a black coffee.
Lunch: Skinny Café pancake (but they’ve changed the recipe, slightly higher carb and stuck to the pan, bland and tasteless ) with bacon and SF maple syrup followed by Greek yoghurt and raspberries.

Dinner: cold Tesco chinese style pork with cauliflower, broccoli, pork scratchings and coleslaw followed by SF jelly, cream and LC chocolate granola.
