Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and Low carb brownie
Late Lunch: Chicken drumstick followed by Greek yoghurt, strawberries and macadamia and coconut keto granola.
Dinner: gammon slow cooked in orange Fanta zero, mixed veggies, one tiny roast potato and gravy made from meat juices thickened with flax seed followed by SF jelly, cream and LC chocolate granola
