Tuesday 13 February - bed 7.9 FBG 7.5. Still miles behind and was distracted by events, which have put me further behind! I was too busy trying to catch up on all the things I don't have time to do. It felt a bit l8ke the song - I'm busy doing nothing.

L. A bit of crustless quiche
D. A Crimpit! I bought it at Christmas. I made the filling with a mix of stir-fried chicken breast, chopped peppers, spring onion, green beans, mushroom, and a sauce made with garlic, ginger, soy and chilli. The wrap is one of SRSLY low carb Mediterranean wraps.
I succumbed to a gin and soda!
Wednesday 14 February - bed 7.9 FBG 7.7. Why is it even when you don't have to get up early, your body still wakes you up at the crack of dawn!
B. TAG and 2 slices of SRSLY toast, one with cheese and onion, the other with chicken and sweetcorn. Benecol dairy free.
L. Nothing.
D. An aubergine parmigiana I had in the freezer. I'd had it there a bit too long, I'm afraid. It was edible - just! A scoop of Halo Top with raspberries.
A drive back & forward transporting to swimming training. That doesn't stop for holidays.
Thursday 15 February - bed 7.8 FBG 6.8.

D. Ostrich burger with cheese, avocado, santini tomatoes, mayo,mushrooms. Scoop of Halo Top with raspberries.
