Today I have eaten:
B: Fried egg, 2 rashers and 2 chipolatas, grilled mushroom and tomato
L: Smoked Mackeral, Mozzarella balls, sundried tomato and marinated artichokes.
D: a boneless leg of lamb that was 1/2 price at the butchers cooked on the BBQ with pea purée (just peas, mint and garlic) and a few veg cooked then sautéed in butter.
Had a Mojito earlier ( not sweet as we don't like them sweet made with agave nectar)
Drinking a bottle of Malbec/Shiraz currently.
This Low Carb eating is sooooo tough
