What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Fbg 6.8

A truly horrid day @Krystyna23040
Hugs x

Omg...what a morning you've had
( What bad luck, travelling on the same route used to remove the excess from Westminster.)

You must be frazzled by all that.

Hope cars an easy fix, skirty things are normally clipped in, might JUST pop back on....<pray>

Hugs all round it seems.
Everyone's been in the wars.

Best wishes all improve asap.

Fbg 6.8

A very small fox.
It is October now.
Winter is approaching.
This fox is too tiny and skinny.
It would not survive a hard winter.
I had to really enlarge a small portion of the video.
It is doll sized.
Midnight is bigger than it.
This is the first time it has stepped out of those bushes.
I saw its eyes every night, but never the actual fox.
It is always on its own.

Creative is...some work in TinyPlanets
My body was doing the 'I'm not going to sleep tonight ' thing...
So, I did this in the early hours...

The huge black fur blanket is on me now...
I might have a nap..

Hope you have a better day today@Krystyna.

Morning all from a blustery Brecks. Hugs for all kinds of reasons today. @alf_Josiah for the low bg and poorly cooker; @Krystyna23040 for trying to do the right thing but damaging the car - but, hey, you're still above ground and unhurt; for @SlimLizzy with family - including pet - illness. @dunelm the addition of the orange lifts that artwork to a new level - diffwent gwavy. Thank you. @jjraak great post, I don't get any musical references (presumably some kind of musical or film which aren't my thing) but I get the point. The BBC seems to have become public NME which is very convenient for the Neo Liberal Spartans, IEA, Farage, Johnson, JRM, shadowy dark money and the rest who soiled not just the bed but turned the UK very much as @Krystyna23040 described the A47. Sophie Raworth played no part in that - too busy running ultra marathons. This mess could be seen coming from space once Cameron offered a referendum and the fruitcakes had tasted blood. Enjoy your day even if making tin foil hats. Thought for the day and chune

Ah, so that's where all the s**t came from.
I think the car will be an easy fix although it will need a new trim as the one that came off was damaged. Luckily there was no other damage to the car.

Yes I totally agree @ianpspurs

today my level on waking was 7.2, not too bad seeing as have covid and now on day 8, still a cold and at times feeling exhausted not walked my dogs nor been out of the house for over a week I can not wait to get back to my normality lol

Your fbg is really good as covid does seem to raise it dramatically. Hope you will soon feel back to normal and walking your dogs.

Thank you @ianpspurs - and also for the reminder to wear my tin foil hat (phew!).

Good morning everyone and the end of week 2 of the back pain course here in the dark and dangerous north. Todays topics include swimming exercises, stress, pain medication, and where would be if it did not include an introduction to line dancing - ye ha! Art bit, another beginning outline. Have a marvellous day if you can, my Koffy is already on the go.
