Yes, I agree with you. The excess glucose does have to be flushed out via the liver releasing it and the body using it as fuel.Next problem is flushing out the excess glucose that been stored over goodness knows how many years.
I think the route out for that flushing is via the liver releasing it ?
Your story brought tears to my eyes, Krystyna. It was so sad to read. I have included you, your sister and family in my prayers. Hope you don't mind. That was a very understanding employer.@jjraak absolutely no need to apologise for your post (nor @ianpspurs). I have also followed the Harry Dunn case as it also struck home for me. I don't mind being reminded of what happened as I never want to forget my sister.
It also reminds me of the kindness of our friends and my work mates. My boss insisted that I came into work. Not to work but because he did not want me on my own at home when Mr K was at work. He thought that it was much better for me to just sit with work colleagues and drink coffee rather than sit at home. I also remember the way the young policeman who attended the scene was affected and how determined he was to bring the culprit to justice.
Thanks IanThanks and I just saw the edit. Shame about eggs being hard to obtain locally. The attached are screenshots of how the app I use - Cronomter - analyses the B vits as well as others. It also deals with carbs, cals, protein etc. Imho easier than spreadsheet and will store foods and recipes frequently used. Also breaks down how each food contributes to nutes/vits/carbs. You may or may not find it useful. I know several members use it.
Thank you.@jjraak absolutely no need to apologise for your post (nor @ianpspurs).
All the way from China???Oh Gennepher, at least I have Neil to do the searching for me. When I was young (1950's), my mother used to buy "fresh" eggs from David Greig's in Canterbury. They had come all the way from China so I don't know how fresh they really were. Where do eggs come from now, I wonder. I know many of the packs we get are British, but do other countries export eggs to the UK?
When you do get them, the extra energy and petrol must make them very expensive eggs. Best keep your B vits supported with supplements if eggs, in any quantity, are out.
There are beautiful people out there.@jjraak absolutely no need to apologise for your post (nor @ianpspurs). I have also followed the Harry Dunn case as it also struck home for me. I don't mind being reminded of what happened as I never want to forget my sister.

Thank you @Annb . Yes, I would like very much for us to be included in your prayers.Your story brought tears to my eyes, Krystyna. It was so sad to read. I have included you, your sister and family in my prayers. Hope you don't mind. That was a very understanding employer.
Glad it was usefulThanks Ian
That is very helpful.
Downloaded it.
Checking it out now.
That's exorbitant. Tesco eggs are £3.40 a dozen. I would have to think twice about buying them at £8.95 for 15! That's a difference of just over 31p an egg or more than twice as much for the Polish ones. All the way from China???
When I see the big wagon come into the front of the Polish shop I go in, and there will be eggs.
I don't know why price you pay for 15 eggs, but in the Polish shop it can be £8.95 for 15 eggs...
And yes I have bought them...
I agree, cheaper to add some extra B vits...
I have entered my day's food. I won't be eating any more today. I usually finish eating early or mid afternoon and I can see I am sadly lacking in some of my B vitamins.Glad it was useful
If it is either eggs or no eggs, then I will as last resort buy them from the Polish shop. They have travelled from somewhere in Europe. Sometimes the Polish shop don't have eggs either...That's exorbitant. Tesco eggs are £3.40 a dozen. I would have to think twice about buying them at £8.95 for 15! I look forward to finding out how you get on with the app. The databases it uses seem fine except for some anomalies. Mushrooms is the one I first noticed. First attached is M and S values; 2nd is cronometer. Even raw it gives 1.5%I have entered my day's food. I won't be eating any more today. Vitamin B2 and B12 are more than enough for my daily needs with eating, just wholesome foods. So you can tell from those levels that I have had my eggs today...
I am sadly lacking in the rest of the vitamin B 's.
Quite a few other levels were just fine in my daily intake of normal food. But other levels were also sadly lacking. So I shall gather data for about a week and see what my levels are, or what they average out over a week. And maybe then reassess what I'm eating.
I shall see what tomorrow brings....
And, by the way, I prefer the layout of the webpage to the app, I find it easier to fill it in on my iPad mini on the web page.

The Lakes where you are sounds perfect for a lazy peaceful afternoon in the Sun.Another bright and sunny day now with a sharp white frost outside until heat from the Spring sun melts it all but it's early now.
The Lakes to the South will be full of people so not a good place to go today. Yesterday pm sitting in the garden was peaceful enough for me and the duchess with the birds singing their hearts out all around.

It's a global world, initBut firstly, it’s farmers market so we will have a wander round there for a while and pick up some titbits - they want some Kimchi from the Korean stall (who knew that Korea was in Yorkshire?)
