Oh Gennepher, at least I have Neil to do the searching for me. When I was young (1950's), my mother used to buy "fresh" eggs from David Greig's in Canterbury. They had come all the way from China so I don't know how fresh they really were. Where do eggs come from now, I wonder. I know many of the packs we get are British, but do other countries export eggs to the UK?
When you do get them, the extra energy and petrol must make them very expensive eggs. Best keep your B vits supported with supplements if eggs, in any quantity, are out.
