Even marginal gains are still gains but I'm sure you posted that walk was just an aspiration not long ago so fantastic effort. Spot of R and R in order now?. This made me laugh - may cheer you somewhat while resting what with a deep family connection to the medical profession. Aw, mate.Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen and those who are mystified by the workings of a diabetes ridden human body, well nearly human body.
Blood sugars this morning were 4.2 whoops. Calculations and constant monitoring became the order of this morning.
Me, me’s and myself like to attempt to knock a tune out on the plinky plonky keyboard in the earlyish morning while drinking firstly tea then followed by safety koffy. Now this mornings curtailed session was interesting, trying to play a bit from the film Pirates of the Caribbean with shaking hands so much so that an Eb became an F# and Cmaj became an Amin. Time to stop.
Never mind onwards and onwards we stagger, lurch and stumble leaving a trail of spilt koffy, roll on afternoon nap time.
Stay safe all, nice paintings, painters.
Persistent little 'badger' isn't he.This badger is trying to get on the swing, ends up hanging on the swing as it is swinging, falls down and hurts his back leg and is seen limping away.
That badger is a trier!Persistent little 'badger' isn't he.
Funny about the crimewatch pics of big ginger aka marmalade on the local media.
Does suggest he might be midnight's mystery foe ..mmmh.
And good to know midnight has you in his corner.
And he was calm enough to let you check & tend to him in-between title fights.
Your garden sounds so inviting, Genn & lives up to the legend
"If you build it.
They will come "
So good luck with operation
"shock & Claw"
"Badger watch..this time it's personal "
Maybe I should amend the legend to read...
"If you build it.
They might come...
But some won't get in....haha "
This is beautiful and serene. I love it @dunelmGood morning everyone from another warm and sunny start here in French Froggy France. Trying to catch up but not much time for that. Never mind, it’s white asparagus time here and the markets are full of the stuff. So, it’s asparagus with bacon and poached eggs for lunch and perhaps some asparagus soup with dinner. Another market on today at the other side of town so we can have a walk up there before lunch and the afternoon is probably a wander up the river Charante. Art bit - another sketch at the kitchen table. Hope everyone has a pleasant valley Sunday - I am busy slurping some pretty decent koffy.

I love cinnamon on top of clotted cream @Krystyna23040An amazing 4.8 this morning. Staying with the 12.5g carbs for the time being seems sensible as it does look as though it is working.
I used to absolutely love Ceylon cinnamon mixed with my seeds etc for breakfast or with my herbal teas but then I got fed up with it.
This week I had a sudden craving for it. My delivery came yesterday. It is again beyond delicious - and back on the menu. Just added it to my Amazon subscribe and save order - and my breakfast of course.
Off to Gooderstone Water Gardens today for a lovely gentle walk and a sausage roll for Mr K.
Glad you have a good day weather wise....Good morning Diabetes Massive from y'all know where by now, on Low Sunday. or Easter Sunday for Orthodox Christians. Relatively bright and calm outside and only the 87k layers needed - (including socks and jeans.) Busy day today looking through cupboards and drawers here and in MIL's just in case police raid looking for ancient jam and marmalade jars or badges. @lindisfel great fbg so winner there but hug for #steakgate. Ribeye next time? @Krystyna23040 wonderful news on the fbg and enjoying the aspirational cinnamon again. Enjoy Gooderstone. Said cinnamon atop coffee with a dash of cream is funky. I hope the sausage roll chef is on top form. @dunelm enjoy the white asparagus. walk and market. Thanks for sharing the art. The house seems to have been relocated from Suffolk. Yours is a far better shade than some of the hideous attempts of the nouveau natives hereabouts. Vennison on the menu here today, surprisingly not at all deer. Don't tell the Aintree protesters eh? Laters dudes.
