Ah, ah us blokes are all alike, I always deny throwing myself down steep rocky drops to Mrs MC, she think I go out for a gentle potter. But I suspect she is not fooled. You think that a) I would have told you (or Julie) and b) I would have taken a blind bit of notice?
For me the wetter, muddier and sometimes bloodier the better. I do try and avoid the later though as Mrs MC asks too many questions.I dont mind getting dirty after a warm dry day in the garden but I dont like to be wet and cold. I hate it when you wish you had photos of moments despite the best pics being always in your head.
Thanks DJC how's the forum pin up (Dennis) this morning?
And who could blame him the thought of lounging on a rug in front of your stove is attractive to me let alone Dennis. He is a very wise dog!Haha! He was surprisingly well behaved on our walk this morning. He almost managed to ignore the ducks in the park and didn’t eat too much duck poo. He is definitely growing up ( otherwise it was just so cold and wet he just didn’t want to waste time, and just wanted to get home)
Gosh, thanks you guys for the very warm welcome.
@Krystyna23040 and @DJC3 I've learned something from you already, been trying to keep my carbs really low to flatline my bloods and couldn't understand why it often took hours for my bloods to return to reasonable levels. Its been so frustrating. I did wonder if it might have been too much protein, looks like that might be the case from what you have recounted. Some additional testing for me I think.
Second that @Muddy CyclistWow. Just ... wow.

Powder and mix yourself, or the tubed/jar easy copout?Colemans all the way.
Had a relative who was butler to said Mr Coleman. Mr C was fond of telling folks he had become rich from what people left on the side of their plates. I can't stand the stuff.Dear boy, one can NOT count american Mustard as MUSTARD..have you NO decorum.
Colemans all the way.
( and occasionally Dijon,
i'm not a total Philistine, you know.. )
The great British hoi polloi who have no idea when enough is enough. You obviously are not of that group and better for it.become rich from what people left on the side of their plates
good evening all
was 4.4 this morning
It was a cold day here with freezing fog this morning , but thankfully, no snow
Out earlier to look for a new microwave for mum because the interior paint is coming off the one she has, it's still working but it's getting difficult to clean properly
Mum doesn't like anything too space station in terms of controls and we did manage to find one with straighforward controls that also has a digital timer readout so that seems like a win.
Hope your day is treating you well
