What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Big problem. Saturday is the party BUT England Aus rugby then Spurs Chelsea just when party is planned. Apparently I a) need to drive some folks and b) must be there. Just wondering about cost of taxis and mystery 24 hr bug - is stopping me watching sport unreasonable behaviour legally or just in my opinion?:angelic:
This has happened here before in the gooner category of the household. Best record the sport and avoid radio in the car etc. it wont be too long before the youngest chap wants to watch the sport anyway and then there will be no more worries. Little chaps get away with it much easier than older chaps!

Good afternoon all. 5.9 today and 6.3 yesterday. Must try harder.
Just back from doc with bloods done, report should be back wed. MySugr is about 2 points higher than last, so expecting about 39...we shall see.
Timely share about headspace, i am going to look into that. If it brings a 0.1 or 0.2 improvement in BG it would be worth it. Its bound to help with sleep and stress. Didnt read all the posts, so i hope people are well. Hope your BG is peachy...have a great day.
Given your caring responsibilities I think it will help provided you keep at it. Ideally it needs to be practiced daily for a few mins. As I said trial it to see if it suits you. Now I’m well practiced with it I can bring down my bg by a full point if it’s raised by stress and my heart rate also. Once you’ve done the basics the introductory 10 sessions and if you decide to subscribe there are courses about specific things such as sleeping, anxiety management, sports performance, enjoying walking etc etc. Hope you enjoy. I’ve been a subscriber for a couple of years now I bought special offer half price year long subscriptions both times but if you trial you should get offers. Take time for a few weeks with free trial before you commit or not but do it daily to see if it works

6.55555555556 Friday morning. An even 7 degrees outside. I was going to walk across the 5-lane road to shop for a Beanie Baby but I think I will wait until tomorrow when it's supposed to be warmer. The bean creature I ordered last week has apparently gotten lost in transit. I want a red panda for a young friend.

Nice mild start here. 5.294339623 today - I just put in the average since October as couldn't be bothered with conniptions involved with testing and seeing numbers I don't believe. Next 3 days will be like Christmas here anyhow. 2 granddaughters from Southampton sleeping here for first time later, whole tribe at grandson's 6th birthday tomorrow and all my boys plus grandchildren ( I'm counting the one in progress) for Sunday dinner for first time ever.
You are blessed, ianpspurs. Enjoy the long weekend with your family. :)

good evening all :)

was 4.4 this morning
I'm so late posting :sorry:

went off to do my stint in the charity shop a bit earlier than usual today and didn't have the internet on this morning. It chucked it down all day here so perhaps it was just as well I was indoors ;)

Hope your day was a satisfactory one :)

Much worse. 2 sons are Chelsea supporters due to godfather, trips to Stamford bridge and Seb Coe buying them hot choc etc. Can't compete with that.
