5.5 at 6AM and 5.5 at 9AM. It has been consistent at 5.5 overnight too. It really is bizzare given am 60 hours into fasting. There must be some kind of black market deal going on in my liver for this sugar supply to happen in my blood stream given all legal means must already be exhausted. I will carry on fasting till evening as a minimum. Have a great start of the weekend everyone.
Hello all, 4.9 yesterday and 4.9 today. @Hannah96 -- Welcome to the thread. @Pipp and @Providence 62 -- Hugs for the vaccine-induced higher blood glucose. @DJC3 -- Hugs for the unexplained higher fasting levels today.
5.8 this morning. Glad to see it in the 5's as yesterday my BG did not drop below 7.5 all day I seem to have lost what control I had.
Thanks @Pipp - nice to know I am not alone. Definitely struggling a bit with tiredness...in fact I may treat myself to a little nap in a few minutes
6.1 today so I appear to be stuck in the Land o’ Sticky Sixes for now. Hope you start to feel better soon @Pipp and @Providence 62
5.7 on Friday, forgot yesterday so didn't test until after breakfast and scored a 7.0. 5.5 this morning. Long run (for me) today, 9K working up to 10K. Cold but beautiful morning here in Northants. Have a great day everyone.
5.3 this morning. Where has all the snow in my neck of the woods come from. Woke up to a couple of inches deep. The poor Blue Txxx who moved into the nesting box a couple of days ago must have got a shock. Looking hard for insects don't know if they will find much. The snow is very fine and dry so hopefully will not last too long.
