What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Another 7 with a 7.2 so looks like I have got myself firmly back in the snaky 7's . I got myself here and I know how to get myself out of it :) .... now where is that willpower!

4.5 today. Looking back over my readings for september and only once have a had a reading at 5.2 on the 8th sept in the morning all the reast between 4.3 and 4.9 :). Have a good day everyone
 
10.8 this morning and had a low of 3.8 yesterday after exercise. Numbers all over the place at the moment.
 
An indescribable 5.3 this morning. Not to be sniffed at, obviously, and going into the green column of my spreadsheet is always good but I do not understand it.

Ate leftover shepherd's pie (with potato topping) as due to "issues" at home, it was a case of make-do today, so I was bracing for another 6.x+ effort. All hail the swipy!

You might want to add that to your profile page. We are only allowed to report FBG on this thread and as a newcomer be aware that FBG is nororiously difficult to control even for us oldtimers! Your numbers before and after food are best to concentrate on but I don’t want to put you off being here in anyway lovely to have new contributors.
